“What do I get as a customer?”

Clearsafe Knotweed will provide you with a bespoke, clear, concise and detailed management plan. These are live documents that we will update annually, recording our methods, our treatment structure and progress with solving the infestation.

“How will I know when it has gone?”

Once the land has been free of Japanese Knotweed growth for at least two years, we will issue you with a “Japanese Knotweed Free“ Certificate confirming that the infestation has been dealt with.

“What if it comes back?”

In most domestic situations an Insurance backed guarantee (IBG) is put in place in conjunction with the management plan. In the unlikely event it returns after being declared Japanese Knotweed Free the IBG obligates Clearsafe to return and continue to treat at no extra cost for the duration of the IBG.

As a company, Clearsafe Knotweed pride ourselves in our ability to tackle any infestation. As a full PCA member we are licenced to arrange 5 or 10 year insurance backed guarantees*.

(* The ‘Insurance Backed Guarantee’ is a third party product that is required by mortgage companies so that if the contractor becomes insolvent the infestation will still be treated. It lasts for 5 or 10 years after Clearsafe Knotweed has finished the contract. )
